As per low no. 675/96 the personal dates took during the customer registration or in other web-site areas both directly from Italcer or from other societies that carries out directly connected and functional to the on-line buy order functions: as the informatic system management, the payment control system, the order management and the shipments. Considering the essentiality of these functions, in lack of approval the answer cannot be executed. Furthermore, Italcer reserves the right to use the collected data for promotional and statistic research purpose.
